Warehousing & Logistics Trainer/Assessor (Temporary)

About the role

Reed is seeking an experienced Adult Skills Trainer to deliver Level 2 Warehousing and Logistics qualifications on a short‑term basis. The role involves providing high‑quality instruction and assessment to adult learners across multiple sites in North and East London.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accredited training sessions covering warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
• Manage a caseload of 15‑20 learners, offering personalised support and guidance.
• Travel between training venues in London as required.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback and ensure successful qualification outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of learner achievements and milestones.

Required profile

• Level 3 (or higher) teaching qualification.
• Recognised assessor qualification such as A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Specialised knowledge and experience delivering training to adult learners.
• Enhanced DBS check covering both child and adult barred lists.
• Proven ability to organise and deliver effective adult education.
