Water Hygiene Technician – Glasgow

About the role

Join HSL Compliance as a Water Hygiene Technician, travelling across Glasgow and surrounding areas to ensure water safety in residential and commercial properties. You will receive full training and support, allowing you to develop a rewarding career in a growing compliance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to multiple client sites each day using a company‑provided vehicle.
• Carry out water safety checks, testing, monitoring and inspections as required.
• Perform cleaning, servicing and maintenance tasks on water systems.
• Record all findings and results on a mobile device or designated system.
• Interact professionally with clients, tenants and colleagues.
• Manage your own daily schedule and adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Reliable, strong work ethic and confidence to work independently after training.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills and follow established processes safely.
• Ability to obtain a DBS check if required.

Required skills

• Operation of basic water testing and monitoring equipment.
