About the role

Our client, a respected wealth management firm in Cambridge, is looking for a Wealth Manager to join its growing team. You will work with high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) individuals, delivering bespoke wealth management advice and building long‑lasting relationships from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, understanding their financial goals and risk appetite.
• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure portfolios remain aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with investment, lending and planning specialists to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, professional networks and introducer relationships.
• Grow assets under management and contribute to the commercial success of the Cambridge office.
• Ensure all advice and client activity complies with FCA regulations and internal governance standards.

Required profile

• Experience in private banking, wealth management or financial advice, with a strong track record of managing relationships with affluent clients.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with commercial awareness to spot growth opportunities.
• Sound understanding of investment solutions and broader wealth management services.
• Relevant qualifications such as CISI Level 6 PCIAM or Level 7 CWM.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes and adhering to regulatory standards.
