Wealth Planning Administrator – Hailsham

About the role

Join an established wealth management practice in Hailsham as a Wealth Planning Administrator. You will support a team of eight Financial Advisers and a dedicated support staff, helping to deliver a seamless client experience while developing your technical expertise in financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and external providers.
• Process new business applications and monitor cases through to completion.
• Prepare pre‑ and post‑meeting documentation and maintain accurate client records.
• Support annual review processes and draft client correspondence.
• Assist with technical administration tasks and collaborate closely with advisers and paraplanners.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a wealth management or financial planning administration role.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a client‑facing environment.
