About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Web Developer Trainee programme in Burnley. The scheme combines fully accredited online training with a guaranteed entry‑level placement in software development, website administration or programming, with starting salaries between £25k and £40k.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured curriculum covering HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, React and Python.
• Build a portfolio website as part of the hands‑on project work.
• Earn optional certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate.
• Participate in mentorship and tutoring sessions throughout the training.
• Transition into an entry‑level development role with the support of our placement team.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for a career in web development and willingness to learn.
• Ability to study online full‑time or part‑time and complete the programme within a few weeks to months.
• No prior professional experience required.
