About the role

This full‑time Trainee Data Analyst position is based in Burnley and is designed for candidates with little or no prior experience in data analysis. You will join a structured four‑step programme that includes the CompTIA Data+ qualification and on‑the‑job support, preparing you for a career in data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior analysts in gathering, cleaning and preparing data sets.
• Perform basic data mining and manipulation tasks.
• Create simple visualisations and dashboards to support business insights.
• Produce routine reports that help inform operational decisions.
• Participate in training sessions and complete the CompTIA Data+ exam.
