Web Project Manager – Remote (Healthcare Digital Agency)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Web Project Manager to join a fast‑growing, healthcare‑focused digital agency. Working fully remotely, you will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of healthcare clients, shaping their digital marketing strategies and ensuring high‑quality delivery of web development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Lead web development projects, with a secondary focus on SEO and PPC.
• Translate client goals into effective digital strategies.
• Coordinate specialist teams to deliver campaigns and website projects.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and present insights to clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve results and grow accounts.
• Manage project timelines, communications and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• 2+ years agency experience as a Digital Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager or similar.
• Experience with, or openness to, AI tools in digital marketing.
• Proven track record delivering web projects; SEO/PPC knowledge is a plus.
• Healthcare experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong client‑facing, organisational and time‑management skills.
