Wedding Sales Executive – Old Royal Naval College

About the role

The Wedding Sales Executive will drive revenue for the historic Old Royal Naval College venue by selling wedding and event packages to clients. Working on‑site in London, you will manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to hand‑over, ensuring each event meets the highest standards of quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver events to the highest quality while maximising profit and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers to optimise price and quality.
• Manage the venue’s approved supplier list and encourage new business opportunities.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets for each event.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the office and on‑site.
• Review deposit and sales invoices before and after events.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and manage the sales process from enquiry through confirmation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within events, weddings or hospitality.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with suppliers and clients.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
