About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic weekend inbound call handlers to join a reputable company in Bromborough, Wirral. The position starts immediately and offers the possibility of a permanent role for high‑performing candidates. Full paid training is provided, and you will be paid £13 per hour, weekly.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls during scheduled weekend shifts.
- Provide accurate information and resolve enquiries efficiently.
- Record call details and follow company procedures.
- Maintain a professional and confident telephone manner.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer‑facing roles such as retail, travel or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone etiquette.
- Availability to work Saturday and/or Sunday shifts as listed.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for call‑handling software.
