Weekend Retail Team Member – Heathrow Airport

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic weekend-only retail team members to join the M&S store at London Heathrow Airport. This part‑time role offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment serving thousands of customers each shift.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a “customer first” attitude and deliver excellent service.
- Handle manual lifting, deliveries and stock movement.
- Keep shelves stocked, clean and organised.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Enjoy working in a high‑energy, friendly retail environment.
- Be at least 18 years old to handle certain tasks and sell alcohol.
- Previous retail experience is desired.
Required skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift and handle stock.
- Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £13.85, plus an extra £1.20 per hour for shifts between midnight and 6 am (£15.05 total).
