Store Apprentice – Part‑time Retail Apprenticeship

About the role

Join Toolstation in West Drayton as a Store Apprentice, working 20 hours per week in a fast‑moving retail environment. You will earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience across customer service, product knowledge, merchandising and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs and provide excellent service.
• Handle deliveries, stock shelves and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe store environment.
• Allocate time each week for apprenticeship coursework supported by a manager and coach.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a friendly, customer‑focused approach.
• Reliability and flexibility to adapt to varied tasks and shift patterns.
• Energy and enthusiasm – no prior retail experience required, just a willingness to learn.
