Welder/Fabricator – TIG & MIG – Full‑time – St Neots

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a leading machine manufacturing company supporting a major food production client. The role is based on the shop floor in St Neots and offers a full-time, Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of components and assemblies.
• Assist quality inspectors by carrying out checks and ensuring work meets client standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to assemble machinery and related parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience with both TIG and MIG welding processes.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Background in metal fabrication and sheet‑metal work.
• Reliable, team‑oriented and committed to quality.
• Commute to St Neots (or surrounding areas such as Cambridge, Bedford, Huntingdon).
