Wholesale Account Manager – Europe (Fashion)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Wholesale Account Manager to accelerate the growth of a fast‑growing fashion brand across Europe. The role combines strategic account management with new‑business development, working with premium retailers, independents and lifestyle destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive wholesale sales across Europe against seasonal and annual targets.
• Develop existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with buyers in premium retail, resort, ski and lifestyle venues.
• Expand the brand’s presence across key European territories.
• Represent the business at market appointments and sales campaigns.
• Deliver exceptional showroom experiences that showcase the collection.
• Analyse sales performance, customer feedback and market trends to inform growth.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and foster long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and brand teams to support launches and activations.
• Support pop‑ups, trunk shows and in‑store events across the territory.
• Travel regularly throughout Europe to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities.

Required profile

• 4+ years wholesale experience within premium, contemporary or lifestyle fashion.
• Fluency in at least one key European language (French, Italian or Spanish).
• Strong understanding of the European retail landscape.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in both account management and new business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
