About the role

Join JPMorgan's EMEA Wholesale Lending Services Credit Agreement Agency Trading team as a Senior Associate. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring loan agreements are operationally viable and aligned with the firm’s preferred language.

Key responsibilities

• Review, interpret and negotiate transferability provisions in credit agreements.
• Execute primary and secondary syndicated loan market transfer requests as Facility Agent.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Transaction Coordination, Deal Closing, Legal, KYC, Loan Trading, Agency) and external clients.
• Lead or support technology enhancement projects as a subject‑matter expert.
• Provide training and guidance to junior colleagues and contribute to control initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• In‑depth knowledge of syndicated loan products, documentation and loan funding mechanics.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly learn new systems.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience in loan operations and syndicated loan trading.
• Working knowledge of the loan agency role and lender transfer documentation.
