Wills and Probate Legal Counsel – Private Client Supervision Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Supervision Manager to join our estate planning team. The role focuses on supervising the preparation of wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney without billable targets, offering a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced solicitors and technical professionals to ensure high‑quality case progression.
• Review and verify the legal and technical accuracy of wills, trusts and LPAs.
• Provide feedback and necessary amendments to meet client estate‑planning objectives.
• Liaise with the estate‑planning team, offering technical support and guidance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality‑assurance processes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX or STEP member, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning and solid wills‑writing experience.
• Experience with tax planning related to lifetime planning.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer

• Salary starting from £33,000 per year.
