Wills and Probate Legal Counsel (Private Client Supervision Manager)

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Supervision Manager to join our estate planning team. This full‑time or part‑time position offers flexible hours, no billable targets, and the choice to work remotely or on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced solicitors and technical professionals to ensure high‑quality case progression.
• Review and quality‑assure wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney for legal and technical accuracy.
• Provide feedback and technical support to meet clients' estate‑planning objectives.
• Liaise closely with the estate‑planning team throughout cases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning and wills drafting.
• Experience with tax planning related to lifetime planning.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer

• Salary starting from £33,000 per year, up to £45,000.
