Wills & Planning Chartered Legal Executive (Remote/Flexible)

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Legal Executive to supervise wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney within our estate planning team. The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time hours, with the choice to work remotely or from our London office, and has no billable targets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and ensure legal and technical accuracy of wills, trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney documents.
• Provide feedback and necessary amendments to meet clients’ estate planning objectives.
• Collaborate with solicitors and technical professionals to progress files and maintain quality standards.
• Offer technical support and guidance to the estate planning team throughout cases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards across all documentation.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX or STEP member, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning with solid wills‑writing experience.
• Experience of tax planning related to lifetime estate planning.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer
