Window & Door Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Window & Door Surveyor to join a growing fenestration and home-improvement business in Cheltenham. The role involves carrying out precise site surveys for windows, doors, conservatories and glazed roof systems and ensuring projects are delivered to customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed on-site measurements for windows, doors, conservatories and glazed roofs.
• Agree specifications with customers and obtain sign-off before order processing.
• Prepare purchase orders, fitting sheets and site-specific RAMS documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project records in the CRM system and support service-call assessments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience surveying windows, doors, conservatories and glazed roof systems.
• Strong knowledge of uPVC, aluminium, timber, Velfac and Rationel products.
• Excellent understanding of building regulations, construction practices and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong organisational skills.
• High level of IT proficiency and effective communication with customers.
