Window Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking experienced, FENSA‑registered Window Surveyors to join Connolly Ltd. You will support window and door replacement programmes across the North West, Cumbria and West Yorkshire, working primarily in social housing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out detailed surveys for window and door replacement works in occupied and void properties.
• Accurately measure and record specifications for manufacture and installation.
• Ensure all surveys comply with FENSA regulations and current building standards.
• Identify potential issues that could affect installation or programme timelines.
• Liaise with site teams, residents and client representatives, maintaining clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records and submit survey data according to company procedures.
• Support the delivery team to ensure works are completed efficiently and to specification.

Required profile

• Valid FENSA registration (essential).
• Proven experience as a Window/Door Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of social housing environments and tenant‑occupied properties.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
