About the role
Join the Workplace Operations Gateway Team to drive resilience and business improvement across HMRC Estates. You will champion business continuity and incident management, ensuring the estate remains fit for purpose now and in the future.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee logistics for business continuity exercises, including the Bronze Business Continuity Exercise Programme.
- Monitor and track actions across all regions, ensuring timely completion.
- Produce concise reports for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Standardise documentation to maintain consistency and assurance.
- Coordinate assurance reviews and embed lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Clear and prompt communication of precise information.
- Strong Microsoft 365 IT skills.
- Accuracy and timeliness in delivering outcomes.
- Willingness to obtain a CMI Level 3 qualification in Principles of Management and Leadership within 24 months.
- Ability to hold or obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
