Workshop Controller – Automotive Service Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Workshop Controller to keep our Audi West London service centre operating at peak efficiency. Based in Brentford, you will coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring timely completion of vehicle repairs while supporting a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and schedule workshop workloads each day.
• Monitor progress of jobs to guarantee they meet quality and deadline standards.
• Facilitate clear communication between technicians, service advisors and management.
• Motivate and support staff to maintain consistent, high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Confident communicator with natural leadership qualities.
• Experience coordinating people, workflows or operational activities.
