About the role
We are seeking a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Islington. You will lead a class of 28 pupils, delivering engaging lessons that inspire confidence and academic success.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess Year 4 curriculum in line with national standards.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse abilities and learning needs.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support pupils with ASD, ADHD and other additional needs.
- Contribute to the school’s continuous improvement and Ofsted readiness.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2.
- Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills.
- Reliable travel to Islington.
