Year 4 Teacher – Primary School – Islington (Full‑Time, Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Islington. You will lead a class of 28 pupils, delivering engaging lessons that inspire confidence and academic success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess Year 4 curriculum in line with national standards.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse abilities and learning needs.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support pupils with ASD, ADHD and other additional needs.
• Contribute to the school’s continuous improvement and Ofsted readiness.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills.
• Reliable travel to Islington.
