12‑hour Keyholder – Weekend & Weekday Shifts

About the role

Join Levi’s iconic Regent Street store as a part‑time Keyholder, working 12‑hour shifts on weekends and selected weekdays. You will act as a vital link between our products and customers while supporting the store’s Stylists and management team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service in line with Levi’s brand values.
• Support store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties when senior managers are absent.
• Motivate, support and encourage the sales team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Provide guidance to develop team members and ensure visual standards are maintained.
• Assist with deliveries and organise the stockroom.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with its values.
• Proven experience meeting sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment.
• Strong customer‑service focus and ability to work as a team player.
• Experience managing a shop‑floor team and supporting senior management.
