About the role
We are looking for a motivated part‑time Keyholder to join our Levi’s flagship store on Regent Street. You will work 12‑hour shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and two weekdays, ensuring the store runs smoothly when senior managers are away.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting stylists and sales team.
- Open and close the store in the absence of senior managers.
- Maintain visual standards and organise stockroom deliveries.
- Motivate and coach team members to meet KPIs and sales targets.
- Assist with daily store tasks and administrative duties.
Required profile
- Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with its values.
- Proven experience meeting retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Team‑player who can support management and lead floor staff.
