3.5 Licence Driver – Tonbridge (Full‑time/Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable 3.5 licence driver to join our team in Tonbridge, South East England. The role involves daily deliveries and collections across the local area, with the aim of progressing to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out deliveries and collections on a fast‑paced schedule.
• Inspect the vehicle before each journey and record any defects.
• Load and unload heavy goods from a flat‑bed van, handling items safely and efficiently.
• Process delivery paperwork accurately and ensure it is completed on time.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with customers.

Required profile

• Valid Category 3.5 driving licence with at least one year of commercial driving experience.
• Ability to operate a flat‑bed van and handle heavy loads independently.
• Clean driving record – no more than six points and no DD, DR, or INT endorsements.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday and occasional weekend shifts.
