3D Visual Designer – Global Architecture & VM Team

About the role

We are seeking a talented 3D Visual Designer to join our Global Architecture & Visual Merchandising team in London. This fixed‑term, 12‑month maternity cover role will involve creating and rolling out worldwide campaign visuals for luxury beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project briefings and translate marketing strategies into 3D design concepts.
• Create impactful design proposals, visualisations and 3D models that align with each brand’s DNA.
• Develop in‑store campaign merchandising guidelines for global retail and wholesale environments.
• Produce technical drawing packs and detailed briefing documents for suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team throughout prototyping and implementation.
• Monitor design trends and ensure solutions meet evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Previous 3D design experience in beauty, luxury or consumer sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D displays or environments.
• High creativity, excellent communication and a collaborative, can‑do attitude.
• Attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury brand standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with 3D drawing and rendering software such as Layout and V‑Ray (advantageous).
