AAT Accounting Apprenticeship – Oxford (Summer 2026)

About the role

Gravita is looking for motivated school leavers to join its Managed Business Services Team in Oxford. You will work on real client accounts while studying for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications through a structured apprenticeship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of SME clients.
• Assist senior accountants with bookkeeping, month‑end reporting and tax compliance.
• Liaise directly with CEOs, CFOs and entrepreneurs to understand business needs.
• Utilise Gravita’s tech‑enabled platform to streamline workflows and improve client experience.
• Participate in regular training sessions, private study and on‑the‑job learning.

Required profile

• Recent school leaver with strong interest in accounting and finance.
• Willingness to study for AAT Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications.
• Motivation to develop a professional career in a fast‑growing firm.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a respectful, team‑oriented environment.
