Accelerate Graduate Programme – Corporate Experience

About the role

The Accelerate Graduate Programme is Capgemini Invent UK's award‑winning development pathway for new consultants. Over 19‑21 months you will progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant, gaining hands‑on client experience, structured learning and mentorship while working on strategic business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client information, support requirements capture and facilitate workshops.
• Develop recommendations, business cases and value‑strategy models for large‑scale transformation projects.
• Track project progress, manage risks and actions, and contribute to consulting methods and tools.
• Support bid development, training initiatives and community events within the Corporate Experience pathway.

Required profile
