Accelerate Graduate Programme – Financial Services

About the role

The Accelerate Graduate Programme is Capgemini Invent UK's award‑winning development route for graduates interested in technology‑enabled business transformation. Over 19‑21 months you will progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant, working on live client projects across sectors such as Consumer Products, Aerospace, Energy and Life Sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Generate insights and evidence‑based recommendations for clients.
• Create presentations, reports and deliverables for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional teams to deliver meaningful business transformation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:2 degree (or equivalent) with graduation before start date.
• Analytical, curious and driven to solve business challenges through technology.
• Quick learner comfortable working at pace and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Interest or experience in Intelligent Industry capability areas or relevant sectors.

• AI (Agentic AI, Generative AI) and Automation.
• Digital Twins, Sustainable Technologies.
• Data analysis, data modelling, process mining.
• IoT, edge computing, cloud computing.
• SQL, Python and building agentic prototypes.
