Account Associate, Medical

About the role

As an Account Associate, Medical you will learn how Real Chemistry’s business works while becoming the go‑to person for getting tasks done on your team. You will focus on day‑to‑day project management and begin building effective client relationships in a fast‑paced healthcare communications environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of internal and external meetings, ensuring participants, agendas, status reports and logistics are prepared.
• Drive and manage updates to status reports, reviewing them before client calls.
• Capture accurate minutes from meetings and ensure internal actions are completed on time.
• Prepare project timelines in consultation with relevant team members.
• Build relationships with clients through regular calls and emails.
• Manage external suppliers, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
• Organise logistics for small to medium external meetings or events, aligning costs with budgets.
• Maintain professional contact with KOLs, including travel bookings.
• Stay on top of client strategy by monitoring emails and properly filing documents.
• Tailor communication to team members’ preferred channels (Teams, email, etc.).
• Participate actively in briefing processes, arranging meetings and completing pre‑reading.

• Good organisational skills for meeting logistics and documentation.
