Account Executive – High Net Worth Insurance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our high‑net‑worth insurance team in Tonbridge. You will use your industry knowledge to build trusted, profitable relationships and help clients select the right insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls and video conferences.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products from a wide range of brands within the Ardonagh Group.
• Prospect new high‑net‑worth customers and expand your portfolio through networking and targeted outreach.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients throughout the year, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and cross‑sell where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the high‑net‑worth insurance sector.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High integrity and commitment to regulatory standards.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about insurance products.
