Account Manager – Bermondsey, London – £38k

About the role

We are recruiting for an exciting new Account Manager position for our client in Bermondsey. The award‑winning company creates innovative packaging solutions for leading global brands and combines creativity, engineering and exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary day‑to‑day contact.
• Coordinate packaging projects from briefing through production and delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and project timelines.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and production teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new‑business initiatives.
• Resolve client queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Occasional travel for client visits and supplier meetings.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, project management or client services.
• Confident, warm and engaging communicator.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercially aware with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in packaging, print, design, branding or manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
