Account Manager – French Legal Solutions

About the role

TransPerfect, the world’s leading language‑services provider, is seeking an Account Manager to grow its French‑speaking legal solutions business. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, helping them understand how TransPerfect’s translation and localisation services can support their legal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of TransPerfect’s legal‑services portfolio, its benefits and competitive advantages.
• Identify and prospect French‑speaking organisations through cold calling, online research and industry events.
• Qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with sales management.
• Educate clients on service offerings and act as the liaison between clients and the Production Management Team.
• Manage pricing and contractual matters, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor client satisfaction, anticipate needs and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Participate in special projects and cross‑functional initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in strategic business development, client services or account management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French.
• Strong analytical abilities for revenue forecasting and budget monitoring.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Willingness to commute to the London office five days a week.
