Account Manager – Insurance Brokerage

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team in Southampton. You will manage a portfolio of small to mid‑size clients, delivering excellent service and driving growth. No prior insurance experience is required – we provide full training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of small to mid‑sized clients with a growth mindset.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Advise on new products, renewals, and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure the best value.
• Work to targets with a generous incentive scheme.
• Promote additional services and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure all processes are compliant and well‑documented.

Required profile
