Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our hybrid agency in Manchester. You will work with leading brands such as HSBC, Boots, Nestlé and Amazon, driving strategic and creative projects while exploring new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout project delivery.
• Manage client accounts and oversee projects to meet agency and client targets.
• Identify and pursue additional work opportunities within existing accounts to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with the studio team to produce compelling briefs that inspire creative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency experience as an Account Manager with a solid background in branding and marketing.
• Strong communication skills for presenting work to clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work across both B2B and B2C sectors.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to moving projects forward.
