Account Project Manager – Beauty

About the role

The Outform Group is seeking an experienced Account Project Manager to lead beauty retail display projects from concept to in‑store implementation. Based in London, you will act as the primary liaison between brand clients, retail partners, and internal cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, managing timelines, resources, and budgets from kickoff through production and store rollout.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including design, engineering, production, and operations—to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to milestones.
• Implement and continuously improve project management processes, sales estimates, pricing strategies, and workflow transparency.
• Serve as the main point of contact for brand clients and retailers, ensuring clear communication and alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Foster strong client relationships, support account growth, and coordinate with EMEA and US commercial teams on project strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the beauty retail display industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and operations processes related to retail displays.
