Accounts Assistant – Finance Support

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our dedicated team in Whiteley, Hampshire. Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and manage banking transactions.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Respond to supplier queries and perform reconciliations to maintain data integrity.

Required profile

• Experience in purchase ledger processing with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with transactional banking and basic reconciliation tasks.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
