Accounts Payable Assistant – TV & Entertainment (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global TV and entertainment group to find an Accounts Payable Assistant for a 12‑month maternity cover. This temporary position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, creative media finance environment based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Process and accurately post a high volume of supplier invoices using the PMI finance system.
• Manage daily invoice postings, allocations and weekly BACS payment runs.
• Complete fortnightly supplier/creditor reconciliations and maintain the creditor ledger.
• Post and reconcile fortnightly bank reconciliation items.
• Support the wider AP team with ad‑hoc finance duties and process improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in Accounts Payable.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in finance.
• Available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Experience with PMI or a similar finance system.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
