Accounts Receivable Clerk – Finance Team

About the role

Join a supportive finance team at a growing business as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. You will own the full accounts receivable function, ensuring customer accounts are accurate and payments are processed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable function and maintain customer accounts
• Oversee sales invoicing and allocate payments
• Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Manage aged debt and support credit control processes
• Build strong relationships with customers and resolve queries
• Support month‑end processes and provide reports to the wider finance team

Required profile

• Previous senior experience in Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger or Credit Control
• Strong understanding of the full accounts receivable process
• Confidence in managing customer accounts and resolving complex queries
• Attention to detail with a proactive, organised approach
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
