Accounts Semi Senior – Charities (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Semi Senior to join our growing Charities team in Taunton. This position offers a hybrid working model and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of not‑for‑profit organisations, from large trading charities to newly established community groups.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of accounts for charity clients.
• Lead small to medium‑sized assignments and support larger, complex engagements.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Deliver a friendly, professional, high‑quality service.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Charities team.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part‑qualified.
• Experience working with charities or a strong interest in the sector.
• Background in a public practice accountancy firm.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
