Accounts Senior – Chartered Accountant (Hybrid)

About the role

This newly created Accounts Senior position is with a respected firm of Chartered Accountants in Guildford. It offers a blend of technical accounting work, client interaction and mentorship opportunities in a supportive, hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts for a diverse client base, from owner‑managed businesses to larger organisations.
• Support managers and partners in delivering high‑quality client service and tailored advice.
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues, including ACA/ACCA trainees, helping them develop technical and professional skills.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or part‑qualified) with solid UK practice experience.
• Motivated to progress in both technical excellence and client relationship management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
