Acquisition Trainer – Property Integration

About the role

The Acquisition Trainer will support LRG’s rapid growth by delivering training to staff in newly acquired branches. Working across the UK, the role combines on‑site and remote sessions, with periods of travel and overnight stays during integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Acquisition Integration in implementing new systems and processes after acquisitions.
• Deliver one‑to‑one and group training to newly acquired branch staff, both in person and remotely.
• Create weekly training plans and produce training notes for senior management.
• Qualify acquisition data related to properties, tenancy renewals, safety checks, licences and compliance.
• Handle client account enquiries and provide progress reports.
• Offer refresher training after product or procedure changes.
• Support troubleshooting, investigations and special projects as required.
• Travel within the LRG network, with a company car provided for extended assignments.

Required profile

• Experience in lettings or property management.
• Strong IT proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Detail‑oriented report writing capability.
• Self‑management for remote work and flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
