About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to ensure the availability, stability and security of our corporate IT infrastructure. The role covers both on‑premise and cloud environments and requires close collaboration with technical and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer physical and virtual servers (Hyper‑V, Proxmox, Oracle OCI, Azure) and manage storage, NAS and UPS equipment.
• Maintain server racks, cable management and inventory.
• Manage virtual machines running Windows, Oracle Linux and Docker containers.
• Create, update and keep technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks and the CMDB using GLPI and Lansweeper.
• Automate maintenance processes and improve system monitoring with PRTG.
• Integrate monitoring for applications and processes, proposing enhancements.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure tenant, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Bitlocker and Power Automate.
• Handle Active Directory (GPOs, OUs, user accounts, permissions) and security devices (Fortinet, Aruba, Ubiquiti).
• Manage antivirus solutions (Sophos, Defender) and backup systems (Veeam, Barracuda) including restoration support.
• Perform vulnerability analysis with Tenable and network inventory with Lansweeper.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration.
• Intermediate level English for technical documentation and vendor communication.
• Strong orientation to reliability, security and continuous improvement.
