About the role
This is an entry‑level Administrative Assistant position supporting the UK Global Capital Markets business unit. You will work closely with transaction analysts, governance and transaction managers, and senior leadership to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily post, arrange couriers and greet clients.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including catering, room bookings and equipment.
- Assist in the set‑up and incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
- Enter data into internal and external client databases.
- Complete KYC processes and prepare company structure charts.
- Liaise with colleagues across Europe, Asia and the US.
- Apply registration codes for SPVs and post expenses accurately.
- Monitor office supplies and replenish as needed.
- Deliver project tasks assigned by team leaders on time.
Required profile
- University degree (ideally 2:1 or above) or prior administrative experience.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- High attention to detail and a professional, friendly demeanour.
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and flexible.
Required skills
- Proficient in MS Word.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint.
