Affiliate Marketing Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Management team at Awin is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Account Manager to lead affiliate programmes for key brands. You will act as the day‑to‑day point of contact on the Awin network, guiding clients on best practices and driving growth through upper‑funnel partnerships such as content publishers, influencers, and editorial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and relationship management to clients and publishers.
• Own assigned partners, providing timely information and support.
• Generate performance reports, analyse data and provide insightful commentary.
• Streamline processes and take ownership of delivery and service levels.
• Conduct regular client calls, respond quickly to client goals, and propose growth ideas.
• Develop quarterly and yearly strategies in collaboration with the wider Awin team.
• Produce competitor benchmarks and advise on industry trends.
• Optimise existing publisher relationships and recruit new upper‑funnel partners.
• Present confidently on internal and external topics and ensure campaigns use the latest technology and tracking optimisations.

Required profile

• 1+ years of account management experience in digital marketing or affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytical, strategic and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to generate insightful performance analysis and recommendations.
• Proactive, client‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
