About the role
We are looking for a Global Affiliate & Partnerships Specialist to super‑charge our Magic Beauty Stars ambassador programme and support business growth through affiliate and influencer partnerships. The role will focus on driving traffic and revenue for CharlotteTilbury.com while balancing profitability and brand equity.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively grow and manage the Magic Beauty Stars affiliate ambassador programme, creating new opportunities and leveraging existing ones.
- Own the “always‑on” recruitment, incentive and rewards plan, including supplier relationships and SaaS platform management.
- Drive ambassador recruitment growth by 2× and revenue growth by 3×.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external Magic Beauty Stars stakeholders.
- Research and identify new partners, platforms, or direct relationships to diversify the ambassador programme.
- Collaborate with the manager to review and improve the programme, providing feedback on the SaaS platform roadmap.
- Review and approve Magic Beauty Stars content on a weekly basis.
- Complete monthly commission reporting for Magic Beauty Stars.
- Provide ad‑hoc daily, weekly and monthly product support as needed.
