Agent Strategy Manager

About the role

Decagon is looking for an Agent Strategy Manager to partner with enterprise customers, guide AI agent deployments and ensure adoption and value realization. You will act as a strategic advisor, working closely with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with enterprise customers, serving as their strategic advisor throughout the deployment journey.
• Co‑pilot customers from project scoping through full adoption, providing guidance and insight to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Agent Product and Engineering teams to surface technical improvement opportunities and influence the roadmap.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to C‑level executives, simplifying complex concepts.

Required profile

• 4+ years of customer‑facing experience in a technical role within B2B SaaS (e.g., Technical Account Manager).
• Proven track record managing large customers and delivering high‑visibility projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork abilities, and understanding of GTM sales processes.
