Agile Coach – 3‑Month Contract in London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join a client in London for a three‑month transformation programme. You will work closely with Pods and cross‑functional teams to embed consistent Agile practices and improve delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and health‑check Pod performance against new ways of working.
• Embed governance, reporting, and delivery best practices across Pods.
• Standardise and adopt Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Agile playbook.
• Coach Pod members, Pod Leads and supporting teams to foster high‑performing, product‑led collaboration.
• Design and implement operating mechanisms, workflows, dashboards and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience coaching Agile teams in a transformation environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile governance, reporting and delivery planning.
• Ability to build sustainable internal capability and enable self‑sufficient Pods.
