Agile PMO – Portfolio Monitoring (London)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm to find an Agile PMO who will support portfolio monitoring and strategic delivery initiatives. The role is based in London and offers the chance to work across investment, business and technology teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support project planning, delivery tracking, milestone management and status reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers and governance artefacts.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology and operational teams.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and delivery progress.
• Drive stakeholder communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination, PMO, change delivery or project management support.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and hands‑on facilitation of ceremonies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• Previous exposure to private markets, private equity, investment or asset management is highly desirable.
